Responsibilities
Perform PMR to formulate liquid chemical solutions for IVD reagents and/or liquid media and/or cell bank; Troubleshoot and optimize the reagent formulation line; Perform selected in-process and release testing; Calculate and weigh raw materials for each batch; Handle daily maintenance and preventive maintenance of the formulation line; Assist the production manager in planning and executing complex production processes; Analyze production data to optimize product performance and efficiency; Identify and report potential safety hazards and environmental risks; Comply with chemical management and waste segregation requirements.
