Lead the site Project & Program Portfolio management process, manage the complete project life cycle from approval to closeout, collaborate with department leaders to define and prioritize projects, plan project management including deadlines and task assignment, build and maintain process workflow documents, act as a single point of contact for project status, analyze financial and operational data to define improvements, provide operational and financial reports to management, coordinate project development for efficient task completion, draft and improve PMO policies, evaluate projects for adherence to standards and budgets, ensure documentation accuracy
