Manage staffing of Process Automation Engineers and contingent workers; Partner with suppliers and vendors; Set direction for applications; Plan and manage resources for business projects; Manage internal staff and external contractors for design, development, integration, installation, verification, qualification, and long-term operation of automated systems; Provide technical leadership in complex problem-solving and decision-making; Provide day-to-day support for Process Automation systems (DEV, VAL, PROD) and develop a sustainable support model; Ensure adherence to Change Control and Validation procedures; Enforce automation harmonization and standardization; Act as system owner for Process Automation systems & CUA/PU; Provide engineering expertise and direction to meet project and support schedules; Perform regular project reviews and provide technical and test expertise
