Identify supplier capability requirements and select suppliers, Manage procurement and supply base projects to improve spend performance, Support footprint initiatives for outsourcing/insourcing, Translate divisional requirements to Category Management and SQE teams, Conduct capacity assessments and collaborate on supply options, Coordinate business projects and provide input for make-or-buy decisions, Collect technical capability requirements for product portfolio scouting, Gather business requirements and assure regulatory compliance, Serve as Procurement point of contact within the Division, Contribute to divisional procurement metrics, Ensure implementation of Enterprise Processes (Supplier Quality, Risk, Management), Drive compliance for indirect materials and link with Global team, Represent Procurement in NPI projects and coordinate supply base activities, Partner with Category Managers, R&D, and Engineering for value improvements, Use scouting approach to influence R&D and Commercial partners in NPI process
