Lead deployment and sustainment of the site PPI Business System including Daily Management and Leader Standard Work; Partner with Site Leadership to align PPI priorities with strategic objectives; Foster a culture of continuous improvement by embedding PPI principles into daily operations; Translate site goals into actionable, measurable objectives across value streams; Own and manage the site productivity funnel for improvement initiatives; Coach and develop leaders in Lean principles and structured problem solving; Lead and facilitate kaizen events and high-impact improvement initiatives; Implement and maintain visual management and performance systems; Assess PPI maturity and develop roadmaps to advance site capabilities; Ensure strong linkage between PPI initiatives and business outcomes.
