Responsibilities
Lead the full project lifecycle including scope development, cost estimation, design coordination, scheduling, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and turnover documentation. Develop project execution strategies, risk assessments, and cost controls. Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, contractors, and operators. Support design development through creation and review of engineering drawings, specifications, P&IDs, and equipment documentation. Manage vendor selection, bid evaluation, fabrication oversight, and field installation. Lead commissioning and Installation Qualification (IQ) activities; provide technical support for Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) phases. Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
