Responsibilities
Guide and coordinate assigned personnel to organize activities and resources according to the production plan; Ensure shift goals are met regarding safety, quality, productivity, and timelines; Serve as a daily reference for the team to foster collaboration and a positive work environment; Manage and develop people through feedback, coaching, training, and performance monitoring; Ensure production activities comply with company procedures, cGMP, and applicable FDA requirements; Supervise the correct management of production documentation and Batch Records; Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and other functions to manage operational issues and ensure production continuity; Support problem resolution by contributing to root cause identification and corrective action implementation; Promote initiatives for Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence; Foster a culture oriented towards safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
