Responsibilities
Perform interior and exterior painting, minor repairs, fixture replacement, door and hardware repairs, basic carpentry, and routine upkeep of facility structures and common areas; assist the broader Maintenance department with preventive maintenance activities, facility repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, and specialized maintenance projects; complete cross-training on the battery changer and provide support to maintain efficient operational flow; work collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance, and other departments to identify facility needs and address issues promptly; prioritize and execute daily maintenance tasks efficiently with minimal to no direct supervision.
