Troubleshoot and fix SQL server database issues ensuring 24/7 availability; Troubleshoot and fix PCE Level 2-3 system issues (PSM, PLM, GlassFish 4) ensuring 24/7 availability; Create serial number lists for specific product GTINs and maintain serialization templates; Evaluate and technically assess proposed serialization and packaging solutions; Set up Material master data systems in TraceLink, SAP, and serialization systems; Coordinate projects with external entities and global partners (CMO, TPM, suppliers); Provide SME support to packaging departments at plant level; Create, approve, and execute project documentation (URS, FAT, SAT, DIRA, MIRA, FS)
