Responsibilities
Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and related analyses; Ensure production of tax declarations and support group tax needs; Act as an expert on accounting standards for mutual societies and the Federation; Establish and maintain relationships with the financial directors of mutual societies; Ensure regulatory vigilance with the AMF and implement required processes and controls; Plan and oversee the audit process in mutual societies; Supervise the production of all external financial information documents (e.g., Journal des assureurs, MSA) and ensure their timely compliance; Plan and oversee general accounting and internal control activities for Promutuel Reinsurance; Manage liquidity needs by planning cash inflows and outflows and managing treasury; Manage the performance process for a team of 4 to 6 employees.
