Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Intune. Manage enterprise Proofpoint messaging environments, mail flow, and email security solutions. Configure and maintain email authentication technologies (DMARC, SPF, DKIM). Administer identity and access management solutions including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and PIM. Develop and maintain PowerShell automation and scripting solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across Microsoft 365 services. Implement security best practices aligned with Zero Trust principles. Support Microsoft 365 governance, retention, compliance, eDiscovery, and information protection. Collaborate with security, network, cloud, and engineering teams. Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures. Participate in an on-call rotation.
