Responsibilities
Design and build backward-compatible REST APIs for the entitlements domain; Orchestrate complex business workflows across external systems; Own integration boundaries including error handling and retry logic; Build and maintain persistence layers with Spring Data JPA and Hibernate; Implement caching strategies with Redis; Write production-quality tests; Design and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments; Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation; Manage containerization with Docker and apply security best practices; Investigate and resolve production incidents using Dynatrace; Document design decisions and architecture records; Mentor junior engineers on domain knowledge and architectural patterns.
