Analyze business, clinical, and technical requirements for new healthcare integrations; Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain interfaces between clinical systems and external partners; Monitor interface queues, message processing, system alerts, and data exchange performance; Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, duplicated, or incorrectly formatted messages; Develop and maintain interface specifications, data mappings, workflow diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures; Serve as a technical liaison between clinical operations, product teams, engineering teams, customers, and external vendors.
