Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end design of AI-powered features including agentic workflows and generative interactions; Translate model behaviors and limitations into coherent UX patterns; Prototype with real AI/LLM models to evaluate user prompts and responses; Map collaboration patterns between users and AI including autonomy and handoff points; Create interaction flows with transparency moments, safety guardrails, and recovery states; Partner with data science and engineering to align system behaviors with user needs; Run usability testing and AI-specific validation studies; Contribute to internal design standards for AI patterns and prompt guidelines; Design accessible solutions ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
