Conduct technical tests and experiments for process and R&D engineering; Set up semiconductor processing equipment to strict specifications; Monitor, audit, and mentor line operators; Process test runs and prepare detailed records, charts, and graphs; Work on Fab equipment and processes to ensure outstanding performance; Track, preserve, and refine equipment via basic troubleshooting; Analyze and dispose of out-of-control events per SPC rules; Assist engineering with testing and data gathering; Support tool installation, relocation, and upgrades; Improve tool uptime through problem solving; Detail maintenance in check sheets and review procedures; Partner with departments to solve issues; Support TPM and 6S activities
