Responsibilities
Lead and support core Risk-based PSM elements including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), and Incident Investigation; Conduct detailed design reviews for new fabrication tools, systems, and chemical processes; Evaluate changes to equipment, procedures, or processes for safety impacts; Facilitate hazard identification and risk analysis using methodologies such as HAZOP, FMEA, and What-If analysis; Support technology transfers by preparing Safety Release Documents (SRDs), flammability studies, and hazard analyses; Track and report critical metrics to assess PSM program performance; Maintain process safety documentation including vendor bulletins, install packages, and compliance records
