Support evaluation and qualification of new equipment platforms; Define and develop new equipment design and capability requirements; Develop creative solutions for new equipment capabilities; Work with equipment suppliers to develop new capabilities; Conduct equipment benchmarking to establish suppliers and platforms; Plan and submit capital requests for new equipment; Create purchasing specifications; Establish equipment qualification criteria and handover procedures; Maintain Equipment Maturity Index (EMI) and Tool of Records (TOR) matrices; Conduct equipment characterization and enable critical parameter monitoring; Work with IT and Automation teams to enable tool control systems; Engage in supplier management forums and strategy reviews.
