Responsibilities
Conduct retail partner on-boarding and introduce new hires to Company policies, procedures, people, and culture; Collaborate with retail management to identify partners in need of training and ensure all necessary training modules are completed; Receive teaching materials from corporate and conduct training sessions covering on-the-job training and refresher training; Report progress of partners during training periods to management; Assist partners with problems concerning position specific tasks by providing suggestions to management to improve work procedures; Work with front end partners to provide a friendly and customer service-oriented attitude by making on-the-spot corrections as needed; Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to Company safety procedures.
