Responsibilities
Drive alignment on critical reports for Line Management, Inventory Management, and Cycle time; Own and maintain Global Inventory Metrics, Business processes, and Reports; Consolidate Fab Metrics performance for executive updates; Partner with sites to communicate fab deviation to plan; Improve efficiency of network Fab metrics consolidation through automation; Analyze line performance and provide direction to meet business plan; Forecast potential roadblocks in inventory management and develop mitigation plans; Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and IE to improve SIC metrics; Lead proof-of-concepts and facilitate deployment of BKM reports and automation; Develop manufacturing science concepts to line management and inventory scheduling; Participate in WW SIC forums and sustain/audit existing BKMs and business processes; Maintain communication with Supply Chain teams regarding Die Mix and Pull-in changes
