Provide consultation and support to Global, Regional, and Site Facilities and Manufacturing teams as the Technical Field Domain Expert; Analyze system designs to identify improvements that will result in better performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings; Support sites with problem analysis using standard tools and methodologies; Develop, review, and maintain the Micron Global Design and Construction Standards and Construction Specifications; Lead & own the Global Facilities Programs & Initiatives including establishing program objectives and roadmaps; Collect and consolidate Lessons Learned and feedback from Global, Regional, and Site teams to incorporate into Global Standards and BKMs
