Champion EHS compliance and conduct risk assessments; Lead commissioning and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to Low Voltage; Provide expert support for complex operational issues and lead root cause investigations; Oversee capacity planning and execution of expansion projects; Review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades; Conduct FMEA to eliminate single points of failure; Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians; Lead post-incident reviews and drive corrective actions; Drive strategic initiatives for system capacity expansion and energy efficiency; Spearhead deployment of predictive diagnostics and digital tools.
