Responsibilities
Formulate and execute product strategies to achieve AUM and sales growth targets; Lead the assessment, onboarding, and launch of new Unit Trust products; Manage product-related matters including fund mergers, closures, and regulatory changes; Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; Act as key liaison between fund houses, internal stakeholders, and external partners; Partner with Portfolio Counsellors to drive product penetration and campaigns; Provide product expertise and training to frontline teams; Collaborate with Technology & Operations for system enhancements and process improvements
