Lead strategic development and delivery of energy management for two RRD Operations sites; Drive coordination and maintenance of management systems in line with DIN EN ISO 50001; Deliver corporate energy efficiency and scope 1 & 2 carbon emissions targets; Develop decarbonisation strategies and drive innovation; Establish coordination and lead the RRD cross-functional energy team; Identify and communicate obligations arising from legal requirements; Oversight of the delivery of energy projects; Independent planning and evaluation of internal and external energy management audits; Maintain an energy management risk register; Planning and supporting implementation of training courses; Provide interim leadership of the GP Operations Team during absences; Initiate behaviour changes projects to deliver energy savings
