Responsibilities
Lead and support quality implementation of key health and nutrition services including CMAM/IMAM, IYCF, and IMNCI; Conduct regular field visits and supportive supervision to identify challenges and provide technical guidance; Coordinate with government, clusters, partners, and stakeholders to ensure activities are aligned and responsive; Prepare timely procurement requests and monitor availability of medicines and nutrition commodities; Contribute to project proposals, budgets, and donor reporting; Organize and provide practical training, coaching, and mentoring to staff; Participate in external coordination mechanisms at regional, zonal, and woreda levels.
