Design and implement DMEAL systems and plans including frameworks and project performance tracking tools; Conduct and support evaluation activities including data collection for baseline, Annual Impact Measurement (AIM) and end of project studies; Carry out regular monitoring visits to the field to ensure rapid and efficient implementation of the project; Manage the implementation of the Project plans and M&E framework ensuring effective tracking of performance and results; Facilitate dissemination of baseline/evaluation and AIM results to key stakeholders; Conduct capacity building interventions on WV models and innovative practice, methodologies, data collection, and reporting mechanisms
