Goals and Objectives:

The IT leader for Chubb India will support the daily operations of the IT landscape and participate in implementation and evolution of business applications and infrastructure to meet changing business needs and maintain current/compliant technology.

Responsibilities:

• You will partner local business unit heads, providing digital input on business initiatives and drive changes.
• Interact between business “end users”, Global and Regional IT colleagues in the UK and HK and IT vendors to resolve incidents and deliver on requests/projects.
• Work with application support vendor to support business applications, including ERP systems like SAP on new request or issue resolution.
• Support local network and server infrastructure and business application and database as appropriate, working with support vendors where implementations and troubleshooting is required.
• Manage local IT projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and participate in the execution of global or regional IT projects and initiatives.
• Manage the global vendor staff to provide End User Computing (EUC) support. Provide full in-person EUC support to users where required.
• Produce Standard Work as required, both for internal use and for use by third parties
• Responsible for local IT Cost management/reporting and budgeting/financial planning process
• Ensure IT compliance in line with Company Policies & legislation, including audit support.
• Comply with Chubb Environmental Health and Safety procedures, and Ethics program.
• Work with stakeholders to protect business data where necessary

Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge:

Essential:

• Minimum 10+ years’ IT experience with knowledge in infrastructure, business application and end user support.
• Experience in running and completing IT projects.
• Familiar with maintaining enterprise business applications and ERP systems
• Experienced in managing support partners in a highly outsourced environment.
• Broad general knowledge of enterprise IT concepts
• Network (Cisco switch, routers, APs)
• Windows Servers / SQL database
• Azure cloud hosting
• AD / M365
• Business applications (e.g. ERP, Field operation mobile apps …. and etc)

• Proven detailed IT technical experience/specialization.
• Must be fluent in English, both in spoken and written form.
• Experienced candidate will be considered as “Senior IT Manager”

Desirable

• Formal Qualification or accreditation in an IT related discipline    
• Experience working in an MNC environment
