Deliver product design & assemblies to production on time, on cost, on quality and on specification; Robustly plan and prioritize tasks based on risk level, resolution, maturity and interdependency; Specify design requirements with clear, specific and measurable objectives; Work on high-risk engineering problems, de-risking them with good design considerations and documentation; Provide clear guidance, set goals, and effectively delegate tasks; Review and approve detailed design specifications such as 3D models, CAD drawings, Bill of Materials and Technical Specifications; Manage the building of functional prototype products suitable for testing, review, and demonstration; Lead Sustaining work to continuously improve product quality, reduce costs, increase production throughput, and evaluate potential alternative suppliers or contract manufactures
