Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Supply Chain Systems projects and programmes, own and maintain robust project plans covering key activities and milestones, drive delivery across supply chain and manufacturing domains, partner with business stakeholders to shape delivery outcomes, manage project financials including forecasts and budgets, identify and mitigate risks and issues across project teams and vendors, establish clear governance and meeting cadence, coordinate delivery across product managers, business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and third-party partners, ensure delivery approaches consider architecture, cyber security, data, compliance, and operational readiness, build strong relationships with vendors and managed service partners, support business case development and benefits tracking, contribute to the development of project delivery standards and practices, lead through ambiguity and complexity, support knowledge transfer and transition into sustainable support models
