Lead regional electronics hardware team across Shenzhen and Shanghai; ensure hardware deliverables are mature, manufacturable, and released on time and to specification; resolve complex electronics hardware issues including safety, EMC, reliability, and quality; set and deliver strategy, priorities, and KPIs for the team; drive professional development of team members; build capability and capacity across locations; establish communication and collaboration with HWPS leadership and cross-functional teams; support regional key supplier strategy; lead regional partner governance; report design status and risks.
