Responsibilities
Support Lean initiatives and value stream mapping; conduct Gemba Walks and implement visual performance tools; monitor finishing processes (plating, powder coat, e-coat, anodizing); assist in root-cause investigations for out-of-spec conditions; design engineering solutions for tooling, fixturing, and controls; contribute to process capability studies; maintain process documentation (SOPs, batch records).
