Responsibilities
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Finance to transform and standardize global enterprise processes; Improve and facilitate the flow of information for ECN, MCN, CR, PPAP, and other strategic changes; Coordinate and support the delivery of strategic integrations between Windchill and other business systems; Utilize lean methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement new standards; Serve as the Global Solutions Engineering liaison and ECME interface at the plant level; Facilitate development and deployment of training materials and conduct bi-annual training; Enable accountability through process metrics and KPIs using Power BI; Coach and mentor plant operations teams on product data and change management best practices; Organize management through both factory and engineering; Coordinate weekly status meetings for key stakeholders; Leverage AI to drive automated processes for cross-functional efficiency.
