Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers; design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform; own the data lifecycle (model design, processing pipelines); resolve technical blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration; build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting; develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs; codify learnings into reusable assets and playbooks; mentor other engineers through code reviews and pair sessions; provide technical depth on at-risk or strategically critical deployments; surface field insights to Product and Engineering; partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into agentic solutions.
