Responsibilities
Drive strategic technology transformation programs to modernize security and compliance capabilities; Partner with stakeholders to incorporate regulatory, security, privacy, and control requirements into technology strategy; Drive implementation and evolution of compliance programs across frameworks (SOC 1, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, FedRAMP); Provide governance oversight for strategic technology initiatives including IAM and Agentic workflows; Serve as a trusted advisor to Product and engineering teams on security and compliance implications; Lead and coordinate internal and external audit engagements; Drive continuous improvement of compliance operating models and governance processes
