Own end-to-end ODM/CM engagement strategy from RFP through mass production ramp; Lead DVF/toll gate reviews to ensure sourcing deliverables are met; Manage alignment with Program Management on ODM/CM deliverables and product launch schedules; Independently and proactively manage supplier risks impacting time-to-market; Manage and report on ODM/CM manufacturing capacity; Own and approve project scope agreements including NRE, tooling, unit pricing, and IP ownership; Lead complex negotiations and serve as the sourcing escalation point; Manage alignment with Engineering on product requirements versus ODM quotation
