Responsibilities
Implement and track key performance metrics for customer experience initiatives; Drive seamless reporting and analytics by coordinating with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, and Customer Service; Analyze actual sales and sell-out data to identify deviations from the Demand Plan and drive corrective actions; Assist in development of immediate and long-term corrective action plans for service issues; Monitor and communicate key Supply Chain performance measurements against customer-defined scorecards; Work collaboratively with planning and operations to establish best practices for forecasting, inventory levels, and service levels.
