Responsibilities
Own category and item-level demand planning and forecasting across assigned eCommerce channels; Develop category- and item-level sales and inventory plans aligned with channel objectives; Develop pre-season and in-season forecasts using historical performance and demand signals; Review actual sales performance against forecast and identify trends and variances; Partner with Channel Leads, Marketing, and Merchandising to incorporate commercial strategies and promotions into forecasts; Partner with Supply Planning to translate demand forecasts into supply requirements; Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations to maintain appropriate inventory positioning; Monitor inventory health and provide visibility to potential out-of-stocks or excess inventory; Manage demand and inventory planning for promotional programs; Provide regular in-season performance updates and recommend actions; Partner to rebalance inventory across channels; Monitor product shelf life and identify inventory approaching expiration; Develop reporting and analytics for business performance insights; Support new product introductions and seasonal programs; Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for forecasting and planning processes.
