Responsibilities
Monitor participants' performance at worksites, provide regular feedback to program coordinator, maintain and organize participant time sheets, ensure worksites provide a safe environment, report issues or violations, conduct worksite assessments, interact with worksite supervisors and participants, act as a liaison between worksite and contractor, distribute and collect participant evaluations, prepare Participant Service Questionnaire forms, assist with payroll processing and distribution, assist with ID card production, assist with enrollment and job placement, assist with educational workshops and reflection sessions
