Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through advanced cycle counting, root cause analysis, and reconciliation. Serve as a key user or trainer for warehouse management systems. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance inventory control and material handling efficiency. Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and production teams to ensure timely material availability. Generate and analyze inventory reports; identify trends and recommend corrective actions. Train and mentor Level I and II warehouse staff. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners. Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
