Support senior leadership in activating a deep national broker and consultant network to generate new business opportunities; Manage the new business pipeline: track submissions, coordinate timelines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks; Build and maintain premium forecasting models to support divisional planning, budgeting, and growth targets; Produce regular management reporting on new business activity, pipeline health, renewal rates, and portfolio performance; Coordinate end-to-end RFP responses, liaise with underwriting, compile content, manage deadlines, and ensure polished final submissions; Identify and implement process improvements that increase the speed and quality of the division's go-to-market execution.
