Responsibilities
Provide leadership, guidance, training, modeling, support, and supervision to classroom Teachers and Teacher Assistants; Manage daily operations including facilities maintenance, data collection, inputting, reporting, and teaching; Monitor and oversee all classroom activities to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment; Serve as lead contact with community partner sites; Assist with recruitment and enrollment of children and families; Ensure child screenings, observations, and developmental assessments are completed per standards; Plan and conduct transition activities with parents, school personnel, and children; Carry out emergency procedures and administer first aid/CPR.
