Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate mechanical scope of works including structural/mechanical infrastructure installation, piping, generators and associated fuel systems; Review and interpret mechanical design documentation, drawings, and specifications; Coordinate subcontractors and mechanical trades to ensure works are delivered safely, on program, and to specification; Prepare and manage mechanical work packages, including scopes of work, procurement, and construction schedules; Monitor and report on progress, cost, and quality against project targets; Identify and manage project risks, variations, and changes in scope; Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities; Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards, engineering codes, and site-specific HSE requirements; Contribute to the development of construction methodologies and ITPs for mechanical works
