Responsibilities
Lead the Satellite Payload IPT; Manage direct and matrixed employees across multiple functional disciplines; Provide leadership for payload development, integration, test, verification, and delivery activities; Coordinate execution across systems engineering, hardware engineering, software/firmware, manufacturing, test, quality, supply chain, contracts, and program management; Establish and maintain payload execution plans, schedules, technical milestones, and performance metrics; Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned scope; Identify, monitor, and mitigate/capture risks, issues, and opportunities affecting program execution; Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as required to support program objectives; Ensure compliance with applicable Boeing processes, quality requirements, contractual obligations, and customer expectations; Prepare and present status updates, risk assessments, and recovery plans to program leadership and stakeholders; Support employee development, performance management, and team capability growth.
