Support automotive NPI teams with customer and internal quality requirements, coordinate multi-functional teams for chip failure analysis solutions, lead cross-functional teams in customer quality issue root cause debug using 8D process, generate 8D failure analysis reports and verify corrective actions, create and review failure trends to recommend continuous improvement, work with customer-facing teams on quality expectations and report metrics, share lessons-learned and provide early input via DFMEA, represent quality in internal CRB and MRB meetings
