Lead end-to-end post-silicon execution from first power-on to volume ramp; Drive technical execution across architecture, verification, firmware, software, and operations; Lead bring-up operating model including staffing, issue triage, and metrics; Resolve sophisticated post-silicon issues involving power, clocks, reset, boot, and interfaces; Drive silicon characterization and reliability qualification plans; Establish and improve bring-up methodologies and test planning; Partner with senior leadership on readiness, risks, and production decisions; Shape post-silicon roadmap based on bring-up findings
