Lead system-level power failure analysis for customer returns and field failures; Confirm, reproduce, and isolate complex power failures (no power, intermittent boot, brown-out, rail droop, etc.); Analyze system power architecture from AC/DC input through board-level rails to determine failure boundaries; Correlate field return data, firmware behavior, and telemetry to identify root cause; Partner with hardware, firmware, and quality teams to resolve critical issues; Drive containment, corrective actions, and defect prevention; Create technical reports and executive summaries.
