Maintain and improve production testing setups, jigs, and mechanical enclosures; Enforce maintenance/calibration processes and lead quarterly audits at CM facilities; Analyze test equipment limits and approve extensions based on risk assessment; Support new products through mechanical readiness from prototype to mass manufacturing; Provide hands-on technical support to global CMs to resolve mechanical gaps; Conduct quality audits focused on mechanical processes and compliance; Participate in design reviews (KO, PDR, CDR) to identify mechanical issues early; Review and process Engineering Change Orders for fixtures and tooling
