Lead end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Intercompany accounting; Manage and maintain Fixed Assets Register; Drive timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes; Perform and review bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations; Handle foreign exchange accounting; Manage multi-entity accounting and intercompany reconciliation; Prepare audit schedules for Internal and statutory audit; Manage TDS computation, payments, and return filings; Oversee GST reconciliations; Support income tax assessments and notices; Coordinate with internal and external auditors; Manage banking operations including vendor payments; Review and validate purchase requisitions; Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation; Partner with IT teams to drive process automation initiatives.
