Responsibilities
Conduct testing on CES products including assembly of test systems, wiring, configuring products and load banks; Support development of Test Plans and Test Procedures; Perform root cause analysis and develop solutions for issues; Formally document Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports, and technical issues; Drive resolution of technical issues and escalate significant issues; Collaborate with engineers and partners to optimize complex designs; Contribute to facility transformation and maintenance of mixed model lines; Implement demand driven principles; Deploy standard tools and methodologies; Work with shop floor personnel for continuous improvement; Responsible for area layouts, process definition, and implementation of equipment and tooling.
