Identify, develop, and provide construction cost estimates for natural gas projects; Develop and communicate construction scope of work documents; Determine and execute appropriate compensation structure or contract type for natural gas construction projects; Initiate and administer process of solicitation, evaluation, and recommendation of external bids; Coordinate, schedule, and monitor construction activities; Monitor and communicate project status and act as a liaison between departments; Determine and assure all contractors meet regulatory and business requirements; Analyze workload to forecast construction activities and manpower requirements; Provide timely information on construction project status including scope, resources, and projected schedule; Initiate and interface with internal and external stakeholders through project construction meetings; Develop and provide reports on construction activities to construction management team; Maintain current knowledge of availability and skill sets of external resources; Perform activities to assure responsiveness to natural gas and other emergencies; Complete and maintain accurate records and reports to comply with Company and regulatory requirements.
