Responsibilities
Interpret hospital tender drawings and technical specifications for specialized hospital automation and PTS; Secure and evaluate competitive quotations from specialized PTS equipment manufacturers, piping suppliers, and sub-contractors; Draft technical proposals, method statements, compliance matrices, and system schematics to respond to public healthcare tender queries; Work with drafters to produce detailed PTS shop drawings, coordinate 3D BIM/Revit layouts, and resolve space constraints with other MEP services; Supervise on-site installation of pneumatic transport lines, diverter units, blower stations, and user terminals in compliance with hospital infection control and safety standards; Lead the T&C phase, including pressure testing, software configuration for station routing, and integrating the PTS with Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EHR).
